and grass. We also include water features such as waterfalls,

you’d like in your yard or ask us for ideas! Here are a few common landscaping elements and
ideas:
Grass, Lawn, Sod
A common ground cover in landscaping is
some type of lawn or grass. Installing sod is
usually more efficient to start your lawn,
but seeding is another approach. Back
Breakers suggests sod installation of Fescue
because it is robust and remains healthy. A
built-in irrigation or sprinkler system is
essential to keep your lawn healthy. In
addition, you’ll have to maintain the lawn by
cutting during growing season.
Artificial Turf, Synthetic Lawn
An alternative to lawn is artificial turf. While more expensive initially, this option costs less for
water and time in maintenance weeding and cutting the lawn. Artificial turf may also be an
option for a small area of grass that are far from irrigation. Some people may wish to install
artificial turf for animals.
Water Features - Waterfalls, Ponds, Fountains
Water features add a great element to any landscape. They can be
sized to fit the space you have and your objectives in having them
installed. Waterfalls provide a great visual effect and the calming
sound of water flowing. Rivers are longer pathways of flowing
water. Ponds are pools of water that can support fish and water
plants. Fountains are usually smaller pre-manufactured water
features.
Waterfalls are one Back Breakers specialty -- with use of Moss
Rocks.
