Owner of Back Breakers

Orlando Gonzales is the owner of Back Breakers. He used experiences in partnership with others to build Back Breakers starting in 2014 with past experience and interest in business and landscaping. Orlando has experience working for and partnering with various landscaping companies in the area. He decided to start Back Breakers to express his own creativity and artistry in landscaping.

How We Work With Customers

It’s easy! Give us a call and we’ll talk to you about our services. We will visit your site to better understand your needs, discuss ideas, and provide you options and costs. For complex jobs, we may take time to create simple drawings of the site using your plot plan or by measuring your yard. We’ll come back with the drawings to make sure it meets your needs, make adjustments, and provide a formal estimate. Throughout the job, we’ll be in contact to let you know how things are going. We’ll make sure your home and yard are as clean as possible during landscape work and perfect when we’re done. We’ll also follow up with you after the job to make sure your satisfied and see if any adjustments are in order.

Payment - Types and Schedule

Back Breakers takes cash, credit cards, and checks as forms of payment. We keep payment terms simple on most large landscaping jobs. Half is due to start the job and half is due upon completion. Some custom maintenance jobs are billed hourly when the level of effort is not easy to determine.

We Guarantee Our Work!

Back Breakers takes great pride in our work. We want you to enjoy your landscaping and leave the worrying to us! We want you to be satisfied with your work and enjoy your landscaping. If something isn’t right, let us know and we will do everything to make it right. Back Breakers guarantees our landscape construction workmanship for one year. We’ll fit it and make it right! This includes manufacturing and construction defects. We will replace plants that die due to shock or unknown reasons for 30 days. This does not include loss of plants due to lack of watering. We do not guarantee our landscaping to damage from nature, neglect, or intentional damage. For instance, damage from heavy rain, floods, or high winds are not covered. Call us though! We want to help our customers recover from such unfortunate events and we may be able to save you money.
